technologies and costs for on-road diesel desulfurization to EPA
standards in US Gulf Coast (PADDIII). Cases include ULS
diesel at 50 through 10 ppm; also costs for phased
conversion to ULSD.
Note, in April 2001,
EnSys revised our projected distillate deep hydro-treating
capital costs based on updated information. This reduces
ULSD costs by about 12% versus the value in the report.
