EnSys Energy is a specialized energy consulting practice, based in Lexington, Massachusetts, 12 miles outside Boston but with international scope and activities. In practice since 1980, we operate at the center of a growing interest in and concern over the oil sector, refining and the global supply system. Increasingly, we are being called upon to address critical questions relating to future supply/demand balance, refining capacity and investments, pricing and margins, regulatory and GHG impacts. In order to continue to respond effectively, we see a need to augment our team.

We are interested to hear from individuals who believe they can contribute to making a significant impact in this important area. We work with both full time employees and part time associates and are open to recent graduates as well as to individuals with substantial relevant work and/or consulting experience. Our key needs center on: direct experience in and with oil refineries (operations, planning, technology, management, regulatory), refining economics / LP modeling / project analysis, oil markets and pricing, energy data research and analysis including online, regulatory affairs and geopolitics as they pertain to US and global refining/supply. Suitable degree qualifications or specialisms are likely to include chemical engineering or energy economics.
