World Bank and ARA release ICF/Ensys Report

The World Bank and African Refiners Association (ARA) release the joint ICF International & EnSys Energy final report of the Sub-Saharan Africa Refinery Project. The project was unique in that it studied both the refining and health implications of possible fuel legislation for the region. EnSys developed the highly specific regional refining study:

1. Worked with the ARA and others to build a highly accurate regional crude production picture
2. Developed growth projections for crude supply and product demand
3. Focused in the WORLD Model on sub-Saharan Africa, to a refinery by refinery level
4. Projected potential for regional Sub-Saharan refineries in a global context
