For a leading US institution, EnSys developed detailed research, gathering information from public sources and industry contacts, to provide a detailed examination of the then current Cushing congestion, its causes and potential outcome.  (This became the genesis of the EnSys North America Logistics Service.)  In parallel for the same client EnSys delivered an updated perspective, via WORLD model cases, on the Canadian Oil Sands situation and outlook through 2020.
